You are responsible for keeping our clients engaged across the digital marketing space.

- Identifying and supporting client expectations around the build and management of Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEO and other SEM platform campaigns.
- Maintaining client relationships via phone calls and emails in line with KPI expectations.
- Building rapport and developing long-term strategic relationships with clients to provide quality service and encourage retention.
- Working closely with all departments to improve the customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date with online marketing platforms (e.g. Google Updates/Trends etc).
- Liaise with your clients to come up with strategies and provide recommendations, along with the optimization specialists to improve technical, design, content, on-page, and off-page optimization elements.
- Base Salary PLUS monthly bonuses and incentives.
You will receive full training in platforms such as SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook. Plus, you’ll have access to ongoing coaching and support from super-star experts in the industry!
