With a strong commitment to developing a positive culture within the business, the business are currently seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to immediately join their finance team and hit the ground running. This is a great role for a motivated and experienced individual to start their next challenge ASAP, close to home in Preston with work from home flexibilities.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
• High volume processing of invoices
• Processing payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Manage staff reimbursements
• Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
• Various reporting duties
• Be involved in and support AP automation projects
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
  The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to hit the ground running and confidently work autonomously
• Exceptional time management skills and a positive can do attitude
• High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
