Description:

As a valued member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by supporting solution sales across our innovative product portfolio. You will be instrumental in guiding revenue generation, collaborating closely with our diverse Sales, Product Management, and executive teams. This is a hands-on technical consultant role that involves both broad solution delivery and in-depth solution positioning throughout the sales process.

What You Get To Do In This Role
 

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team, bringing your unique insights to the table.
  • Lead discovery workshops to thoroughly understand customers' challenges and deliver compelling product demonstrations that align our solution with their diverse needs.
  • Credibly position ServiceNow solutions that will solve their unique solutions, through presentations, demonstrations & discussions
  • Confidently answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues with clarity and precision.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product management, informed by your interactions with a variety of customers, regarding product enhancements that can address their evolving needs and provide additional value.
  • Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants, sharing and learning best practices and re-usable assets to enhance the quality and efficiency of our collective efforts. We encourage the sharing of varied experiences and approaches.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation, recognising the diverse landscape in which we operate.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:
 

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services, appreciating the different skills and backgrounds each brings.
  • Territory management skills, and an ability to work autonomously across a large customer base.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with customers and teams.
