Age Care Registered Nurse

Description:

Working as a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in providing high quality person centered clinical care to all residents within this medium care service.

Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included within daily decisions, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.

Main Duties
 

• Provide excellent clinical care to residents
• Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
• Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
• Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation
• Mentor, training & leadership of care team members
   

About You
 

• AHPRA RN registration– ideally with experience within aged care
• Understanding of aged care standards & quality improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
• Up to date Flu & Covid vaccinations
