We are excited to inform you about a fantastic job opportunity for the position of Airflow Developer in the Telecom domain. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3+ years as an Apache Airflow developer.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Apache Airflow development
- Expertise in Python and its frameworks
- Job orchestration in a data warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Apache Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Working knowledge of agile processes and methods
Good To Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and Azure DevOps concepts
- Experience working in a SQL environment and with reporting tools (like Power BI)
- Knowledge of other orchestration tools, e.g., Control M
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain deployment pipelines and Airflow DAGs.
- Demonstrate your knowledge and experience by troubleshooting and solving critical issues that may involve many systems and platforms, within a complex infrastructure.
- Contribute to D&A (Data & Analytics) practice in building capabilities with new-age tools and technologies.
- Plan and schedule development work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to engage in dialogue with a client’s business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
