Your key responsibilities:
 

  • Support origination and execution of investment banking business, with a strong focus in Financial Institutions Group
  • Deal team member contributing to day-to-day M&A execution processes including in-depth financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and industry analysis
  • Prepare high quality marketing presentations and industry analysis
  • Due diligence of clients and markets
  • Deal documentation and internal approvals
  • Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
  • Attend client meetings including execution and pitches
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business, including other IB sector teams, global colleagues, corporate bank and DCM to drive delivery of Deutsche Bank’s broad global platform

     

Your skills and experience:
 

  • At least one year of Corporate Finance experience or related professional experience
  • Strong financial modelling skills and commercial acumen are critical
  • Detail oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
  • Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
