Architectural Designer

Description:

PFA is looking for a full-time Architectural Designer/ Graduate to join our energetic and friendly Crows Nest (NSW Australia) office to work on luxury retail, commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the architectural design field and be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and other designers to develop and present design concepts.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and 3D.
• Develop construction drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial projects.
• Proficient in CAD and SketchUp.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
