The Role:

As the Area Manager you will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities across various sectors of the business including:
 

• Successful operation of the maintenance workshop
• Client liaison - specifically managing and enhancing existing client relationships
• Business development by bringing new customers on board

In addition you will be responsible for improving internal processes and ensuring that the fleet of 60 vehicles is constantly moving.

You will lead a multi disciplinary team including the Operations Manager, Workshop Manager and Training Manager together with their respective teams.

You:

This role will be best suited to someone who is comfortable with a remote lifestyle and what it offers. Additionally, you will have:
 

• The ability to multitask and prioritise
• Prior experience fleet management, maintenance and planning
• An ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
• Business or Technical/Engineering Qualification is essential
• Proficiency is solving problems and competence managing a team
• A self-starter attitude with the desire to work hard and be rewarded
