Key Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of various Food & Beverage outlets, flexibly supporting service needs across multiple venues.
  • Lead, support, and motivate teams to uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service philosophy.
  • Oversee daily opening or closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and attention to detail.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training of associates to ensure service excellence and alignment with audit expectations, including assisting Managers with payroll and timesheet accuracy in line with compliance and award obligations.
  • Contribute to effective rostering, inventory control, and operational compliance.
  • Uphold all licensing, safety, food hygiene, and WHS standards to meet both brand and regulatory requirements.
     

About You
 

  • Prior leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a luxury or premium hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly across rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Victorian RSA certification is essential.
  • An appreciation for wine and the ability to guide guests through a curated wine experience, not a requirement however would be highly regarded.
  • Confident, professional and composed with a hands-on approach to service.
  • A solution-driven mindset with strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret financials and contribute to cost-effective decision-making.
