Audio Visual Support Analyst

Description:

The primary focus of this role is to provide technical support for all AV/IT technology in learning, meeting and event spaces across the University and TAFE divisions, in particular:

• this position configures, supports, and maintains educational technology and control systems in accordance with Swinburne standards and procedures.
• recommends technology replacement for all campuses, including preparation of RFQ’s and specification of room refreshes
• arranging consumable purchases, service calls and negotiation of vendor on-site support
• contributes to specifications for required upgrades of learning spaces and/or new building projects
• provides live, hybrid and virtual event management and support for both internal and external customers.
