We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract. The Education Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs specifically for our Salon network which support the growth and success of our brand. This role requires a passionate individual who can inspire and engage as well as ensuring they deliver exceptional training and support to our network of salons and spas.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs for Aveda professionals.
• Train and mentor hairdressers to ensure consistent and high-quality service is delivered.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align educational initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
• Represent Aveda at industry events and conferences.
   

Qualifications
 

• Qualifications:
  • Hairdressing qualification and practical experience.
  • Experience in education management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Knowledge of Aveda products and services is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
