Bms Account Manager

Description:

Reporting into the service manager the role will be responsible for overseeing service contracts / clients. Main duties will include;
 

• Managing clients and KPI reporting
• Working to set budgets / targets for; planned, reactive and minor works
• Quotes for minor works
• Walkthroughs with clients
   

You

To be considered you will have either worked in a similar role previous in the BMS or HVAC space or be technician looking to get off the tools.
 

• Strong understanding of BMS
• Solid understanding of HVAC equipment and fundamentals
• Excellent customer management skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Self-drive / work ethic
