Based in Sydney, the Brand Manager is responsible for Finder’s brand management in Australia. Our goal is to be Australia’s favourite comparison site by 2026. With a focus on building brand consideration and preference, this role is pivotal in helping us get there.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand image, overseeing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Finder’s brand go to market (GTM) strategy
- Lead Creative Marketing Projects - experiential, social, content marketing plays
- Contribute actively to the overall brand strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Unify our visual identity across all Finder’s owned & external channels to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging
- Execute campaign ideas with internal creative teams & external agencies
- Report brand campaign performance to senior stakeholders and broader business
- Manage Brand Marketing budget and forecasting
- Manage stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment
Desired Experience And Skills
- Passionate about personal finance and all things saving money and investing
- Prior experience as a Brand Manager executing a go to market strategy
- A world-class communicator, with exceptional stakeholder management skills and interpersonal skills
- Extensive marketing knowledge, in both an offline and digital environment
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented who can work well autonomously and collaboratively
- Data literate and analytical
