The Roles
 

• Regularly monitoring areas of common property
• Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspections logs
• Managing the loading dock and deliveries
• Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
• Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds
• Advising Owners Corporations of any dangerous conditions and compliance and statutory requirements for areas of common property
   

Skills & Experience

2x Senior role:
 

• Up to 3+ years of residential Building Management experience
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Plenty of career progression!
