We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our client’s team. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and improving aged care Resident experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aged care or healthcare industry, as well as a proven track record in sales and business development. This position requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to think critically and proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in business strategic planning and identification of market expansion opportunities
- Identifying and driving opportunities with prospective clients by creating relationships with key decision makers in public health (aged care facilities) across Victoria and Tasmania
- Managing and supporting existing and potential clients (facing a broad range of stakeholders and/or directors, CEO, CFO, Clinical Director. Etc
- Work with your clinical team to design client focused solutions
- Promoting solutions through delivery of compelling and interactive presentations to key stakeholders / decision markers
- Generating and closing new solution opportunities and sales
- Proactively managing a busy pipeline of sales opportunities
