About the role:

With the tremendous growth of FindStaff, we are recruiting additional BDM’S across the National Sales Team. You will provide responsive and quality staffing solutions and services to a range of clients within the industrial labour hire and permanent recruitment sector in the Brisbane area. You will be responsible for:

• Building sale pipelines through cold calling & lead generation: Establishing relationships with existing & prospective clients
• Connecting and liaising with companies in our target market
• Networking and collaborating across the IntoWork team
• Collaborating with the IntoWork Business Development & Recruitment teams

About you:

You are a self-driven Sales professional who can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a team player who can collaborate and work across the team.

You will bring:

• Strong sales background – B2B highly regarded
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to clients
• Strong communication skills
