The Position

In the role of New Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop strong relationships with landlords
• Meet with landlords and secure new business
• Find and convert incoming leads from the sales team
• Prospect new business through cold calling
• Attend networking events to establish key relationships

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of New Business Manager will have:

• Previous real estate experience required
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Must be a 'people person' with strong communication skills
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High levels of initiative and drive
