Business Development Manager

Description:

We are a leading Electrical and Air Conditioning company looking to expand. We have an exciting new opportunity for the right person to join our team.
Your role will include:

• Work with management and internal office staff to collaborate and strategize new market segments.
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Cold call as appropriate within the target markets specified by the business to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organisation.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Plan approaches and pitches.
• Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
