Business Development Manager

Description:

· We are looking for a Business Development professional with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in handling IT/NON-IT recruitment services.

· Need to visit client places.

· Able to generate leads

· You will work as part of the Sales and Recruiting teams and primarily be required to handle sales of outsourced IT manpower contracting/placement services, covering a wide range of IT skills for large clients.

· You should have been very active in sales or recruitment activities in the IT area. We are looking for a proven track record and the ability to open new accounts, manage accounts, and provide hands-on support for the recruitment process.

· Must possess the capability to deal with clients and candidates at all levels.
