Business Development Manager

Description:

In response to expansion plans, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be sales and project management, focusing on cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in leading Architectural & Design Practices, as well as engaging with End-Users. Targeting commercial fit-out projects across sectors including Corporate, Education, Retail, Government, Banking, Mining, and Hospitality, you will drive business development initiatives within the A&D building products industry. Collaboration within a supportive team environment, coupled with robust backup support, will be crucial for success.

Required Experience
 

• Demonstrated experience in sales, project management, and business development within the A&D building products industry. Flooring experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while also thriving within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working towards and achieving sales targets within a small team setting.
