Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing sales team! As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be focused on qualifying sales opportunities. You will often be the first point of contact with potential Yubico Business customers so making a good impression is critical.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Follow our sales process and track all activities in Salesforce.com
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
- Prioritize and qualify sales leads from several different outbound sources
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Skills & Experience:
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills with a high sense of urgency
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Able to take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision
- 2 yrs of selling experience
- Based in Melbourne
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Japanese
