About the opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to build working relationships with potential employers and liaise with the employment mentors to source suitable placements for clients from a multi-cultural, refugee or asylum seeker background.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have a qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline (preferred but not essential) and experience in:

• Delivery of Employment Services programs.
• Experience in Community / Employer engagement and relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service.
• Experience working in a target driven environment.
• Experience with dealing with complex individuals and situations.
• Experience working with multicultural and newly arrived communities.
• Strong networking experience
