This Position Will Have Responsibility For The Following
- Provide support to Partners, assist with Partners Meetings preparation, agendas, minutes and follow up
- Mail scan support
- Database management
- ATO lodgement management
- Mail
- Staff amenities
- Stationery
- Function preparation
- Reception relief when required
- Prepare and send monthly statements and follow up outstanding payments
- New staff Inductions
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff attending conferences and tradeshows
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with clients and staff at all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft office software
- Experience using accounting and taxation software
- Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
