C++ Developer

Based in Sydney with options to relocate from the UK, including sponsorship and relocation costs, the C++ Software Developer will be joining a Global Market leader in exchanged traded derivatives. The C++ Software Developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining the in-house trading platform. Other responsibilities will include contributing to systems architecture decisions to ensure low-latency scalable and efficient solutions.

The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree, along with proven experience in C++. Other requirements and good to have’s include:

• Good experience in Linux/gcc platform
• Profiling/optimising software algorithms
• Network programming and multithreaded programming knowledge
• Of interest would be previous experience within derivatives trading or general Fintech experience, along with Python and C#.
