Your Role
 

• Support a team of consultants with resourcing, utilising platforms like LinkedIn and Job Adder to identify top-tier candidates.
• Contribute to the talent search with a sharp focus on accounting and finance sectors.
• Identifying, sourcing, screening of candidate applications & posting advertisements
• Having genuine conversations with professionals to understand requirements for match making.
   

About You
 

• Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, whether that be in 360, account management or resourcing.
• You can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Mature and professional, you're adaptable and can embrace the flexibility.
• You're motivated by career growth into leadership or consulting.
