Casual Resident College Leaders

Description:

As a Residential College Leader, you will support the Head of College and Residential Programs Student Manager, the Residential Programs Academic Manager and the Administration of International House and demonstrate a commitment to the purpose, vision and core values of the House. On occasion, you may be required to exercise authority on behalf of International House.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Display a commitment to the wellbeing of students. Get to know students, interact with them in college life, and maintain an understanding of their wellbeing and other potential needs as they may arise
• Prepare and deliver study groups, workshops, ‘Open’ study groups and consultations during the teaching and learning semester in subjects in which the Leader has academic or professional experience
• Attend/undertake compulsory Residential College Leaders training sessions (which will be paid) and participate in staff performance development reviews
