Hays are currently working with a local WA government entity who has a need within their ERP transformation project team.

Your new role

• End-to-end change management for transformational program - ERP implementation
• Create, implement, and deliver change management strategies and training plans to maximise adoption and usage of new system
• Document of incumbent business processes and the necessary changes to it
• Management of stakeholders and team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience with conducting training needs analysis and developing appropriate programs.
• Experience with conflict resolution and management experience
