The CEO will be the driving force behind our strategic direction, fundraising efforts, and operational success. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic start-up with significant equity ownership and upon fund raising secure their own salary and capital to build their own team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Leverage existing connections to secure funding and build strong relationships with investors.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with our vision, including recruiting and motivating top talent.
• Industry Insight: Know how to navigate the challenges of the hospitality and retail sectors, or propose a pivot towards a new addressable market, either way be on top of current trends and future opportunities.
• Operational Leadership: Post completion of leading a successful fund raise oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the board to set and execute the company’s strategy and vision.
