You will ideally possess both manufacturing and international experience working across multiple locations and cultures. A strong technician but with a focus on commercial outcomes you will enjoy advising on financial strategy and change within an environment with state-of-the-art technology driving its success.

Skills and Experience

• As part of the Executive Leadership team and reporting to the Managing Director you will play a key role in the ongoing success and growth of this business by:
• Taking responsibility for financial management including statutory and management reporting and analysis;
• Leading a small yet engaged team, both locally and remotely;
• Remaining hands-on in your working style yet able to operate at the strategic level;
• Using your significant practical experience to provide solutions for further growth;
• Tackling ad-hoc projects as required;
• Taking a lead role in projects including managing their new ERP implementation (experience in Microsoft 365 ideal);
• Overseeing banking relationships and managing all treasury and cash flow functions;
• Managing other external relationships including audit, insurance and legal; and
• Working closely with the ELT to preserve culture and drive transformation initiatives.

Overseas travel will be a requirement of the role once international borders are open and it is safe to do so.
