Claims Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Technical Claims Broker to join the growing team and be based in the Perth CBD office. This role will see you focusing predominantly on Marine claims and looking after a portfolio of 100 - 200 claims at any one time.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
 

• 4 years experience working as a claims manager in Marine
• Ideally posses a Tier 1 or Tier 2 in insurance broking - not mandatory
• Ability to provide a high level of outstanding customer service to clients by responding quickly and efficiently
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including assessors, repairers and the insurer to ensure claims are moving along in efficiently and timely matter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay across any insurer and industry changes including compliance, policy wordings and exclusions.
