Client Service Manager

Located on the vibrant Gold Coast, our client is a leading self-licensed Financial Advisory firm who have experienced phenomenal growth in the past five years. Due to this growth, an opportunity has been created for a Client Service Manager to support a Senior Financial Adviser by focusing on implementation activities and client relationship management.

Duties of the role
 

• The responsibility for the day-to-day administration and strategy implementation activities for the Adviser’s clients
• Supporting all aspects of compliance and best practise
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
• Maintain a high standard of communication and service to Clients
   

The perfect Candidate
 

• At least two years experience in a Client Service Officer or Manager role within the financial planning industry (essential)
• Enthusiasm and a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
• Experience dealing with HNW Clients highly advantageous
