This role is ideal for someone who:

✅ Enjoys talking to people and building good relationships

✅ Is organised and confident with basic computer skills

✅ Wants flexible hours and local work

✅ Has strong customer service experience (any industry!)

What you’ll do:

• Take client calls & respond to emails

• Schedule jobs in our system and coordinate with our cleaning teams

• Prepare and send quotes and invoices

• Keep our client database up to date
