Atria Dinner Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in organizing and maintaining your assigned dinner section of the kitchen effectively
- Prepare and serve dinner items with attention to detail, quality, and presentation
- Ensure your section remains clean, well-stocked, and efficient during service
- Craft dishes that align with our high culinary standards and guest expectations
- Understand and respond to guest preferences, delivering service excellence each evening
- Adhere to all food safety and property standards
Atria Breakfast Position Summary:
- Support the Atria team in preparing and delivering a premium breakfast experience
- Ensure food is served in correct portions, with an eye for quality and presentation
- Keep your station clean, organised, and running smoothly throughout the early shift
- Deliver dishes that reflect creativity, consistency, and guest-focused service
- Maintain a proactive understanding of dietary needs and special requests
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in all breakfast operation
Pastry Position Summary:
- Work with the Pastry team to prepare desserts, baked items, and confections to the highest standard
- Support service by ensuring timely and beautiful presentation of all pastry items
- Maintain an organised and clean pastry section throughout your shift
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal pastry innovations
- Maintain consistency, precision, and artistry in every dish
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
About you:
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Passion for the industry
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Full working rights in Australia (required)
