Completions Specialists

Description:

We will be seeking experienced Completions professionals for major WA based resource projects in late 2024/2025. These will be both Perth and site-based roles typically on 2/1 FIFO roster, 6 to 12-month contracts predominantly with the EPCM or Owners Team.

Your Responsibilities
 

• Ensure seamless handover from commissioning to operations.
• Monitoring and ensuring a high standard of quality data and information in the CMS.
• Resolving queries and providing support to commissioning and project management teams.
• Reporting on outstanding items to drive completion of subsystems, in line with project milestones.
• Preparing digital work packs and handover dossiers.
• Coordinating walkdowns between Commissioning and Operations.
• Processing data change requests.
   

Your Experience
 

• Minimum 3-5 years Completions experience on major projects.
• Experienced in Completions Management Systems such as PIMS, TOSTR, ICAPS, Go Completions, or Smart Completions would be beneficial.
• Good experience in Completion Work Packs, Punch listing, Handover, Systemisation
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Can perform under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines
