What You’ll Need

You will have prior experience in a similar role, be reliable and take pride in your work.
 

• Previous experience in a civil or construction environment
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• White Card (Work Safety in the Construction Industry)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• A strong sense of teamwork and commitment to safety, ensuring all work adheres to site safety procedures
   

Desirable
 

• Grader Operations experience
• MR License
• Traffic Control qualifications
• Asphalt experience, especially as a Flocon operator
• Carpentry or concreting skills
