We are a dynamic strategy consultancy based in Wollongong, NSW, Australia, specialising in strategy development for research organisations. We’re in search of a talented junior Consultant who is passionate about the research sector and keen to leverage modern work-flows like AI and design thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of client engagements through effective project management.

• Conduct research and data analysis.

• Engage with senior clients, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building.

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to develop tailored client solutions.

• Drive innovative solutions by incorporating AI, design thinking, and other modern workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Masters degree preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role (note we are not looking for technology consultants).

• A passion for the research sector.

• Authorised to work in Australia.
