Description:
As Content & Design Lead, you’ll support the business across brand, product, lifecycle and digital marketing communications through innovative and engaging content and design that meets business objectives. This is both a hands-on and leadership role working with and inspiring a team of five talented creatives - Content Producers, Graphic Designers and a Multimedia Producer.
- Develop and communicate a clear brand vision for content and design initiatives across both disability and aged care.
- Balancing creativity with the fundamental messages of the brand to drive commercial outcomes.
- Lead and inspire the content and creative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the development and implementation of design strategies that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Working closely with Brand & Communications in developing and implementing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support business objectives.
Your Background
- Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
- Strong skills in content and design, with the ability to balance creative flair with commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and empowering others.
- Experience working in competitive markets or fast-paced environments is a plus.
