Corporate Travel Consultant

We are Looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant.

Seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Work from Home, Hybrid or Officed based Corporate Travel Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate travel management and a strong understanding of the Travel industry. You will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for our corporate clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage travel arrangements for busy corporate clients
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the travel booking process
• Booking Domestic & International flights, hotels, car hire and any special requests
• Working on GDS to make reservations
• Dealing with telephone, online and email enquires
• Compare airfares and flight routings to provide best fare options
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations
• Monitor client travel itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Building relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Work in a Team environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Extensive GDS knowledge - Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus
• Thorough understanding of Airfares and Self-ticketing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Effective time management skills and Ability to multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent Customer service
• Good Knowledge of products including Flights, car hire and hotels
• Familiarity with travel management systems and booking tools
• Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
