Description:
Some of your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Working with customers experiencing financial difficulty or whose facilities have become delinquent,
- Update systems to ensure account management, MIS and the risk profile of the customer is current and accurate at all times,
- Preparation of reports to the Head of Specialised Business Services, Group CCO, CRO, Divisional CROs, and the Board Risk Management Committee
- Engage external advisors such as insolvency firms and lawyers, in order to develop and recommend credit risk management strategies for each customer in the portfolio, based on an ongoing credit analysis of the customer and legal review of Westpac's documentation and security
- Face to face meetings with customers.
