Credit Analyst

Description:

This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with the Finance Broker, Head of Credit & Operations, Credit Analysts and Broker Support with a view to progress to being a broker running your own business within Evoke Capital inside of 12 months.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

· Workshopping loan scenario across residential, commercial and asset finance with the Finance Broker and wider team.

· Completing policy research, serviceability, document verification and MIR management.

· Completing Preliminary Assessment & Credit Proposals for approval by Broker

· Reviewing and approving apps via AOL and Simpology based on the banks requirements

· Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs, external stakeholders and clients throughout.

· Hybrid role, 3 days in Sydney CBD (Mon, Tues & Fri) and 2 days from home.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

· Must have 3+ years working as a Credit Analyst at an existing brokerage.

· Must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to research lending policies, process applications and follow up on clients in a professional manner

· An understanding of lending practices, loan structures and lenders and processes

· Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

· Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns and business structures

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience

· Salestrekker software experience is desirable, but not essential
