About The Role
 

• Handling daily calls related to payment inquiries, policy details, debt, cash refunds, and administrative duties with a customer-centric approach.
• Accurately processing payments and ensuring the reconciliation of cash debt is done efficiently.
• Carefully inputting receipts and addressing dishonoured cheques from Intermediaries promptly, following established procedures.
• Providing the highest level of customer service, always ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
• Managing customer refunds in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements, and following up with Allianz partners on overdue premium payments.
   

About You
 

• Experience in a customer service or contact-centre role, with a compassionate approach to client needs.
• Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with systems/software, demonstrating confidence in your role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and empathetically.
