About The Role
The Customer Service Representative is a key hands-on role within the company, responsible for managing orders as well as building and maintaining client relationships to ensure we provide a high level of service.
Responsibilities
Dealing with customers on the phone, by email and in the centre
Sales, quoting & invoicing
Preparation of jobs for digital printing, preparing work orders
Using computer software packages Microsoft office & Adobe
Assisting with print production finishing as required
