Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers and providing excellent customer service. About the Role
 

• Exercise the resolution of daily telephone customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor until resolved, appropriate responses to customers’ requirements using all methods of contact, including liaising with external and internal stakeholders as
• Maintain and monitor the effective day to day operations of the Operations Centre ensuring time and quality standards are met.
