About Your New Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing exceptional service to your customers. Your role will have variety and a typical day will involve:

• Processing customer orders over the phone and email
• Answering product queries
• Basic troubleshooting; customer order follow up & claims
• Ensuring you follow up and manage customer outcomes to ensure the best experience

What You Will Need

You will be someone who loves speaking to customers to offer a great experience.

• Experience in an office based Customer Service, Sales support or Order processing role.
• Be self-motivated, with a positive attitude to work
• Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roaster from 7am to 6pm
• Experience with the system SAP is advantageous
