Description:
Veritec is looking for a full-time Delivery Manager to work within the Business Applications team to design and build systems and applications for Veritec’s customers.
Veritec is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Veritec and the client team) is important for this role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality professional services that meet the needs of Veritec's clients
- Consult with end users and other stakeholders to scope and analyse complex business requirements
- Contribute to the development of project artefacts such as functional specifications, user stories, business processes, design documentation, test cases and data models
- Configure Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to meet customer requirements, in line with the defined Solution Architecture and industry best practice
- Maintain a Microsoft certification as defined in the Business Applications Team Plan
- A focus on continual learning and development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Represent Veritec at industry events, either through attendance or active speaking roles
- Development and maintenance of your VIP Adventure Plan
- Active participation and contribution to the Veritec Dynamics 365 Practice
- Active participation and contribution to Veritec’s culture through attendance of company events and living the Veritec values
