Description:
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Commissioner, People, Culture and Capability (DCPCC) to head its people, planning, and internal communications functions and contribute to achieving the Commission’s aspiration to be a high performing regulator.
Reporting to the Commissioner, the DCPCC is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a key role in setting the strategic direction of the organisation through culture change initiatives, corporate planning, performance and governance support, and high-quality workforce services that support employees to uphold the rights of NDIS Participants.
This role requires extensive professional and technical human resources expertise ,preferably in a human rights context as it relates to people with disability. Senior level experience /knowledge of (Commonwealth) government will be important, as well as advanced change management expertise and a record of delivering strong results in a complex environment.
