Digital Field Services Delivery Manager

Description:

You will be a key member in providing your leadership in performance management on vendors, building personnels and teams on projects of a range of sizes and complexity, and identify and secure missing specialist skill sets to enable a successful delivery.

This is a Perth based contracting role for 2 years and will suit one who has worked within operational communications and IT services for many years. This is a hybrid working environment with 2 days. WFH flexibility.

You will

• Lead a delivery team comprising multiple suppliers, each with varying backgrounds and skillsets, orchestrating their collaboration into a cohesive and highly efficient unit.
• Provide leadership for the performance of contractors and service providers.
• Manage service providers on the performance of their project services.
• Build and organise service provider workforces to produce deliverables on SOWs and compliance.
• Build governance frameworks for service provider delivered projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers – Technology and Telecommunications
• Provide technical direction to stakeholders on matters relating to the successful management, operation, and future of the delivery portfolio.

You'll need

• Proven experience in leading teams in a similar role.
• Proven experience in operational communications and IT services on services definition and delivery.
• Experience in the Energy sector is essential.
• Perth based with full working Australian rights.
