Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Director and wider team in delivering client account management at Future Proof.

PART TIME / BASED IN OSBORNE PARK

Working with clients in e-commerce, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and more (read – fun stuff). You’ll be responsible for:

• Account management of multiple clients
• Effectively manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns by creating, approving, and delivering marketing materials
• Administrative and other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the team
• Overseeing campaigns to provide direction to in-house design and copywriters for both project and ongoing clients
• Preparing and coordinating the production of marketing materials, such as paid ads, social media, email marketing, print designs, web
• Drafting quotes, invoices and budgeting. Keeping track of inquiries, producing monthly client reports
• Communicating regularly with clients and internal and external stakeholders the goals of an overall project and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, plus nurturing and proactively building client relationships
• Developing and delivering marketing strategies, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor the efficiency of email/social media strategies
