Description:
As the leader of the Service Sales & Marketing division across Australasia, you will be responsible for ensuring its safe, efficient, and effective operation in close collaboration with State, Country, and Service leaders.
This role is pivotal in shaping and executing long-term strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will champion the development and implementation of best-practice sales management processes, while fostering a customer-focused, skilled, and engaged sales workforce.
Your leadership will ensure alignment with Otis Absolutes, core behaviours, policies, and procedures, and will be instrumental in achieving the company’s strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and business plans for the Service division.
- Lead market analysis, pricing, tendering, and sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Ensure safe, disciplined, and effective field activity management aligned with EH&S policies.
- Foster a customer-focused culture and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Collaborate across divisions to deliver seamless service and maximise business outcomes.
- Drive performance through effective use of incentive programs.
- Build and lead high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, and development.
- Ensure robust training for customer-facing and technical employees.
- Partner with State Managers on succession planning and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards.
- Embed ACE methodology to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Relationships
- Collaborates with the Director NE/MOD Sales & Marketing, Australasia.
- Works closely with the Director of Field Operations, State Managers, and Service Sales Managers.
- Liaises with Otis' functional management and global entities.
- Represents Otis in external relationships with customers, suppliers, and the public.

- Ability to manage the sales portal and generate accurate, meaningful reports .
