As the Director of Agency, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in South Australia. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of agency operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve our business goals. • Leadership Responsibilities: Spearhead and strategically develop the division while mentoring and guiding a team of Sales $ Leasing Executives (over time)
• End-to-End Service: Manage the entire process from initial contact through negotiations and finalizing deals for CBD and CBD fringe properties.
• Business Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will ideally have a network to work with.
• Lease Management: Oversee the evaluation and negotiation of lease agreements, renewals, and other related transactions.
   

The Ideal Candidate:
 

• Strong network in the local Commercial Property market and a strong sense of the latest trends
• Fantastic understanding of commercial concepts, leasing & sales procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
• Fantastic knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proactive, resourceful and strong team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
